I can't tell you how often Sleep Assault updates their videos, as I don't see an updates schedule or anything like that. Each video also has an accompanying photoset. The size of the photos is larger than the average you'll find at most paysites with pictures measuring in at over 1000 pixels on the longest edge. I would have liked to have seen downloadable zips of each image set, though.

The videos are average, though. Don't take that the wrong way, though. They're not bad. They're just not great. The videos have a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. This may sound small, but you'll still have a pretty reasonable looking image when viewing these files in full screen, with only minor pixelation or graininess depending on your format choice. Videos are available in either Windows Media (WMV) or MPEG format. I found that the WMV files had a slightly blurry look in full screen and the MPEG files were slightly grainy. I think overall, both formats offer a very similar level of quality, but I'd recommend the WMV simply because the file size is about one third that of the MPEG files. The videos are also available as a series of clips or as a full scene. Both clips and full videos are of course downloadable.
