There are no extras included with a Nerd Hard subscription. Even though it is part of the Twistys family, those sites aren't included for free with Nerd Hard. You can upgrade your membership to get access to them though.

Nerd Hard has hot girls and fun nerd scenarios. There isn't much material here yet, though. I'm not sure what sort of update schedule the site will have yet, but for now I'd recommend sticking to a 30-day subscription and seeing if the site grows fast enough to keep you on a longer term commitment.
