Channel 1 Releasing

Every week there are 5 gay DVDs offered to members of Channel 1 Releasing. These are DVDs with multiple scenes so you’ll have an average of 25-35 gay movies all together. They change these each week and generally pull some pretty steamy titles. They tend to favor hunky, muscular men rather than twinks though you’ll find some of those gay hunks as well as a few bears in the mix as well.

Movies are streaming only and come in a Flash video format at a 640x480 resolution. The player is pretty neat. It detects your bandwidth settings (the speed of your connection) and serves up the format that is going to play best for you. You can also opt for which setting you prefer: low, medium or high. Its one stream for the entire DVD but the episodes within are marked on the player. The quality of the video was excellent and looked pretty good on high settings.

The live cam shows are about once a week at Channel1Releasing. You’ll have the Live and Raw stream as well as the Dirk Yates Live streams. The Live and Raw show has two studs fucking and sucking for upwards of 3 hours. Each seems to have a weekly schedule. Other than that you’ll have some blogs and random non-hardcore movies to enjoy.

To access any of the other material on this site you’ll need to buy it or rent it. It works like your typical Video On Demand site. You can purchase full DVDs (around $50 usually), pay by the minute you’ll stream it or rent a DVD 48 hours (usually around $9.95). There are several hundred gay DVDs in this area in a variety of niches: Bear/Daddy, Bisexual, Black, Bondage, Interracial, Jock/Muscle, Latino, Leather, Pre-Condom and Twink.
