If you want a full-length video, you can download it in high quality WMV format measuring 1920x1080 pixels encoded at 5000Kbps. Or you can stream it from the website in high quality Flash Video (FLV). The clips, both 1-minute and 5-minute, are available in both WMV and MPEG4 formats. WMV is definitely the preferred format. The quality is much better.
